01General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website longiviya.com and its related services (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by KOLLABIUM-FZCO (IFZA Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE) (the "Company").

By using the Platform, registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms, accept them in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with the Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

02Subject

The Platform provides users with access to the product catalogue, the ability to place orders, as well as access to the partner programme and personal account.

The terms of sale of goods are set out in the Public Offer published on the Platform. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the offer.

03Registration and Account

Registration on the Platform is available to persons who have reached 18 years of age. When registering, the user must provide accurate and current information for all required fields.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity carried out using their account. Any unauthorised access must be reported to the Company without delay.

04Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The user undertakes to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with applicable law, and in particular:

• not to post inaccurate information or impersonate another person;
• not to disrupt the Platform or attempt unauthorised access;
• not to use the Platform for purposes contrary to law.
• The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue individual Platform features and restrict access in case of breach of these Terms.

05Intellectual Property

All Platform materials — texts, images, logos, design elements and software code — are the intellectual property of the Company or are used on a lawful basis. Copying, distribution or other use without the Company's written consent is not permitted.

06Product Use Restrictions

Certain product categories carry mandatory category-specific disclaimers. Research peptides are intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research (For Research Use Only) and are not intended for use in humans or animals.

Dietary supplements carry the notice "Dietary supplement. Not a medicinal product." Cosmetic products are labelled in accordance with applicable technical regulations. Devices carry the notice "Not a medical device." Information products (courses) do not constitute medical advice.

07Liability

The Platform and its content are provided "as is". The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the proper operation of the Platform but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Company is not liable for the user's use of products contrary to their intended purpose and applicable disclaimers.

08Changes to the Terms

The Company may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the Platform with the date of update. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

09Governing Law

The Company's activities are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Buyers who are individuals located in the Russian Federation retain the rights granted to them under Russian consumer protection law.
