Public Offer

01Terms and Definitions

"Seller" means KOLLABIUM-FZCO (IFZA Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE). "Buyer" means a legally capable individual who has reached 18 years of age and places an order on longiviya.com. "Goods" means products presented in the Platform catalogue. "Order" means a request placed by the Buyer to purchase Goods.

02Subject of the Offer

This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this offer.

Acceptance of the offer is deemed to occur when the Buyer places an Order on the Platform (Articles 438, 443 of the Civil Code).

03Order Placement

The Buyer places an Order independently via the Platform interface, providing contact details and a delivery address. After placing an Order, the Buyer receives confirmation with the Order number.

04Prices

Prices for Goods are stated in Russian roubles (₽) and include all applicable taxes and duties. The Seller may change prices; the Order price is fixed at the time the Order is placed.

05Payment

Payment for the Order is made through the payment provider Love&Pay using the Faster Payments System (SBP) and bank cards. The Order is deemed paid upon receipt of funds.

06Delivery

Delivery of the Goods is carried out within the timeframes and by the methods indicated when placing the Order. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer upon transfer of the Goods to the Buyer or a person designated by them.

07Quality of Goods

The Seller transfers to the Buyer Goods conforming to the description on the Platform. Goods are supplied in their original packaging with protective elements intact.

08Refund and Exchange

The procedure for returning and exchanging Goods is governed by a separate Refund Policy and Article 26.1 of the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (distance selling). Returns of certain categories of Goods of proper quality with broken protective packaging are not accepted.

09Restrictions (Research Use Only)

Research peptides are intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research and are not intended for use in humans or animals. By placing an Order for such Goods, the Buyer confirms their understanding and acceptance of this restriction.

10Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for the Buyer's use of Goods contrary to their intended purpose and applicable disclaimers. The Seller's liability is limited to the cost of the Goods paid for.

11Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances arising after acceptance of the offer.
