Partner Store Terms

General Provisions

1.1. This document sets out the terms for creating, using and managing a Partner Store on the longiviya.com Platform (hereinafter — the “Store”).

1.2. The Platform operator is KOLLABIUM-FZCO (IFZA Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE) (hereinafter — the “Company”).

1.3. These Terms are an integral part of the Partner Agreement published on the Platform.

1.4. Terms not defined in this document are used with the meanings established by the Partner Agreement.

What Is a Partner Store

2.1. A Partner Store is a personal online store on the Platform provided to a Partner under an annual subscription.

2.2. The Store contains the full catalogue of the Platform's products and allows Clients to purchase products through the Store Owner's personal address.

2.3. The Company provides the full order fulfilment cycle: payment acceptance, picking, packing and delivery. The Store Owner does not independently purchase, store or ship products.

2.4. Product prices are set by the Company and are the same for all Stores. The Store Owner may not change prices independently.

Tariff Plans

3.1. To create a Store, the Partner must take out an annual subscription to one of the tariff plans:

3.3. The tariff plans differ in the format of the Store address. The catalogue functionality, remuneration and support are the same for all tariffs.

3.4. The subscription fee is payment for the provision of the Store's technical infrastructure and is not an entry fee into the Partner Programme.

  • the full catalogue of the Platform's products;
  • sales remuneration (5% of the value of each paid order);
  • remuneration from the Partner Structure (up to the 6th line);
  • an AI consultant for Clients;
  • technical support for the Store.

Creating a Store

4.1. To create a Store, the Partner takes out a subscription through the personal account on the Platform. Payment is processed via the payment provider Love&Pay.

4.2. After successful payment, the Store is activated automatically.

4.3. The Store address (slug) is chosen by the Partner at creation and must contain only Latin letters, digits and a hyphen.

4.4. The Store name is generated automatically based on the Owner's first and last name as specified in their profile.

4.5. Each Partner may have only one Store.

Subscription Term and Renewal

5.1. The subscription is taken out for a term of 1 (one) year from the date of payment.

5.2. Upon expiry of the subscription term, the Partner may renew the subscription through the personal account.

5.3. If the subscription is not renewed within its term, the Store is moved to “Suspended” status.

5.4. The Partner may switch to a higher tariff plan at any time. The new tariff is charged in full, and the unused balance of the previous tariff is not compensated.

Store Statuses

Active

6.1. The subscription is paid. All functions are available:

  • Clients may make purchases;
  • the Owner receives sales remuneration (5%);
  • the Owner receives remuneration from the Partner Structure;
  • the Store is displayed at its address.

Suspended

6.2. The subscription has not been renewed. The Store's operation is restricted:

6.3. When the subscription is renewed, the Store status is restored to Active. Remuneration for the suspension period is not recalculated and is not compensated.

  • Clients may make purchases through the Store;
  • the Owner receives no remuneration — neither for Clients' sales nor for their own purchases;
  • remuneration to upline Partners (the Mentor and further up the structure) continues to be accrued;
  • the share of remuneration not accrued to the Owner of a suspended Store remains with the Company and is not redistributed among other Partners.

Closed

6.4. The Store has been closed at the initiative of the Owner or the Company:

6.5. After the Store is closed, the Partner may create a new Store by taking out a new subscription.

  • Clients cannot make purchases;
  • the Store address is unavailable;
  • accumulated Points remain in the Owner's account;
  • the Partner Structure of Referred Partners is preserved unchanged.

Rights and Obligations of the Store Owner

The Owner has the right to

7.1. Use the Store to attract Clients and receive remuneration.

7.2. Invite new Partners through their Store or personal link.

7.3. Receive information about sales, Clients and remuneration through the personal account.

7.4. Close the Store at any time without paying any fines.

7.5. Switch to a higher tariff plan.

The Owner undertakes to

7.6. Not publish on external platforms any advertising materials containing medical claims about the products or income guarantees.

7.7. Comply with the rules for using the LONGIVIYA brand established by the Company.

7.8. Not create websites, pages or accounts that could be perceived as official resources of the Company or mislead Clients.

7.9. Inform Clients who raise questions about returns or complaints that they must contact the Company's support service directly. The Store Owner does not accept product returns.

Rights of the Company

8.1. The Company may suspend or close a Store if the Owner breaches the terms of this document, the Partner Agreement or the Partner Programme Rules.

8.2. The Company may change the composition of the catalogue, product prices and the terms of the tariff plans by notifying Store Owners at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days in advance.

8.3. The Company may carry out technical maintenance that temporarily restricts access to the Store, with prior notice.

Subscription Refund

9.1. If the Store is closed at the Owner's initiative within the first 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment of the subscription, the Owner may request a full refund of the subscription fee.

9.2. If the Store is closed at the Owner's initiative after the 14-day period has expired, the subscription fee is not refunded.

9.3. If the Store is closed at the Company's initiative (due to violations), a refund is made in proportion to the unused subscription period.

Intellectual Property

10.1. The design, structure and program code of the Store are the property of the Company.

10.2. The Owner is granted a limited right to use the Store for the duration of the subscription. The subscription does not transfer to the Owner ownership of any elements of the Platform.

10.3. The catalogue content (descriptions, images, product specifications) is created and controlled by the Company.

Amendments to the Terms

11.1. The Company may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the Platform with the date of the update indicated.

11.2. Owners are notified of amendments affecting the subscription price or Store statuses at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days in advance.
