Partner Programme Rules

General Provisions
1.1. These Rules set out the standards of conduct for Partners and Store Owners on the longiviya.com Platform and beyond it when promoting products and the Partner Programme.
1.2. The Rules are an integral part of the Partner Agreement. By acceding to the Partner Agreement, the Partner accepts these Rules in full.
1.3. The Platform operator is KOLLABIUM-FZCO (IFZA Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE) (hereinafter — the “Company”).
Sales Ethics
2.1. The Partner represents the products and the Partner Programme honestly and accurately.
2.2. The Partner respects the decision of any person who declines to purchase a product or participate in the Partner Programme.
2.3. It is prohibited to:
- put pressure on prospective Clients or Partners;
- use manipulative techniques, create artificial scarcity or false urgency;
- mislead anyone regarding the properties of the products, the terms of the programme or the amount of remuneration;
- impose the purchase of products as a condition of participation in the Partner Programme.
Prohibition of Medical Claims
3.1. The Partner may not assert that the Platform's products treat, diagnose, prevent or alleviate any diseases.
3.2. Mandatory wording by product category:
Research peptides (LONGIVIYA PEPTIDE):
Dietary supplements (LONGIVIYA NUTRITION, LONGIVIYA BIOTICS, LONGIVIYA KIDS):
Cosmetic products (LONGIVIYA DERMA):
Devices (LONGIVIYA DEVICES):
- Mandatory labelling: “For Research Use Only. Not intended for use in humans or animals”;
- Prohibited: specifying dosages, administration protocols or therapeutic effects;
- Permitted: references to published scientific studies using the wording “was observed in studies”.
- Mandatory labelling: “Dietary supplement. Not a medicinal product”;
- Permitted: wording such as “contributes to”, “supports”, “helps” within what is allowed for dietary supplements;
- Prohibited: “treats”, “cures”, “heals”, “eliminates the disease”.
- Permitted: “improves appearance”, “moisturises”, “evens skin tone”;
- Prohibited: “will cure acne”, “will get rid of wrinkles”, “will eliminate dermatitis” and other promises of therapeutic effect.
- Mandatory labelling: “Not a medical device”;
- Permitted: descriptions of user experience and technical specifications;
- Prohibited: promises of therapeutic effect.
Prohibition of Income Guarantees
4.1. The Partner may not guarantee or promise any specific amount of income from participation in the Partner Programme.
4.2. Prohibited wording (including, but not limited to):

- “guaranteed income”;
- “passive income”;
- “financial freedom”;
- “earn from 100,000 ₽ per month”;
- any specific earnings figures.
- describing the remuneration mechanics and commission rates;
- anonymised calculation examples marked “this example is illustrative and is not a guarantee of income”;
- stating that the amount of remuneration depends on the Partner's personal efforts and sales volume.
Advertising Legislation
5.1. The Partner must comply with the requirements of Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” and other applicable legislation.
5.2. All online advertising of the products and the Partner Programme is subject to mandatory labelling:

- registration of the advertising material with an ORD (Advertising Data Operator);
- inclusion of the erid token in every advertising material;
- the “Advertising” notice and the advertiser's name (KOLLABIUM-FZCO).
- publish advertising materials without labelling;
- send advertising messages without the recipient's prior consent (spam);
- publish inaccurate or misleading advertising;
- use hidden advertising (reviews or recommendations without a notice of their advertising nature).
Use of the LONGIVIYA Brand
6.1. The Company grants the Partner a limited right to use the LONGIVIYA trademark and logo to promote the products within the Partner Programme.
6.2. The Partner must use the official logos and brand identity without modification. Distortion, modification or reworking of brand elements is prohibited.
6.3. It is prohibited to:
6.4. Disclosing the names of factories, suppliers or manufacturers of the products is prohibited. Only the LONGIVIYA brand is used in public materials.
- create websites, domains or social media accounts that could be perceived as official resources of the Company;
- use the word “LONGIVIYA” in domain names without the Company's written permission;
- use the Company's logos, images or texts in a context unrelated to the promotion of the Platform's products.
Marketing Materials
7.1. The Company provides Partners with approved marketing materials: images, texts, banners and publication templates.
7.2. The Partner may create their own marketing materials provided that all requirements of these Rules are met: no medical claims, no income guarantees, proper advertising labelling and correct use of the brand.
7.3. The Company may request the removal or modification of Partner materials that do not comply with these Rules. The Partner must comply with the request within 48 hours of receiving the notice.
Working with Clients
8.1. The Partner does not accept payment for products from Clients. All settlements are made through the Platform.
8.2. The Partner does not accept or process product returns. If a Client raises questions about a return or complaint, the Partner directs the Client to the Company's support service (support@longiviya.com).
8.3. The Partner does not offer Clients individual discounts, special prices or other terms differing from those of the Platform.
Prohibited Conduct
9.1. In addition to the restrictions set out in the previous sections, the Partner is prohibited from:
- creating multiple accounts on the Platform;
- manipulating personal links or cookies to appropriate other people's Clients;
- poaching Partners from the structures of other Store Owners;
- creating fictitious orders to obtain Points;
- using automated tools (bots, scripts) for promotion without the Company's approval;
- any actions damaging the reputation of the Company or the Platform.
Moderation and Sanctions
10.1. The Company monitors Partners' advertising and marketing materials.
10.2. When violations are identified, the following procedure applies:
First violation:
Repeat violation (within 6 months of the first):
Systematic violation (three or more within 12 months):
10.3. In the event of a gross violation (dissemination of knowingly false medical claims, fraud, systematic spam), the Company may immediately suspend the Partner's participation without prior warning.
- the Partner is sent a notice describing the violation;
- the Partner must remedy the violation within 48 hours;
- the violation is recorded in the Partner's account.
- the Partner is sent a warning;
- the Company may suspend the accrual of remuneration for up to 30 days.
- the Company may terminate the Partner Agreement unilaterally;
- the Store is closed in accordance with section 12 of the Partner Agreement.
Conflict of Interest
11.1. Participation in other partner programmes or the promotion of other companies' products is not prohibited.
11.2. The Partner may not use the Platform's resources (the client base, marketing materials, the LONGIVIYA brand) to promote goods or services not included in the Platform's catalogue.
Amendments to the Rules
12.1. The Company may amend these Rules. The current version is published on the Platform with the date of the update indicated.
12.2. Partners are notified of material amendments at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days in advance.
