Refund and Exchange Policy

General Provisions
This Policy sets out the procedure for returning and exchanging goods purchased on longiviya.com and is based on Article 26.1 of the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (distance selling of goods).
Return Periods
The buyer may decline the goods at any time before delivery and within 7 days after delivery. If information on the procedure and time limits for returns was not provided in writing at the time of delivery, the buyer may decline the goods within 3 months of delivery.
Exceptions
A return of goods of proper quality is possible if their presentation, consumer properties and protective packaging are preserved. Returns of certain categories of goods with broken protective packaging (a broken seal) are not accepted — this applies, in particular, to research peptides.
Return Procedure
To return goods, you must:
- send a return request to legal@longiviya.com indicating the order number;
- await confirmation and verification that the goods meet the return conditions;
- hand over the goods to the seller according to the instructions received.
Refund of Funds
Funds are refunded using the same method by which payment was made, within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned goods.
Goods of Improper Quality
Upon receiving goods of improper quality, the buyer is entitled to demand replacement, remedy of defects or a refund of the amount paid, in the manner established by the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
