1. Three mechanisms in a single capsule

In 2024, Harvard professor David Sinclair — one of the world's leading aging researchers — publicly described his daily protocol. He takes three molecules: NMN, resveratrol and spermidine. Each of them acts on a distinct mechanism of cellular aging [1].

The problem is that buying these three substances separately is expensive, inconvenient and requires an understanding of dosages. Longevity Code brings the entire Sinclair protocol together in two capsules that you take in the morning. No compromises on dosages. No unnecessary ingredients. Three mechanisms — one action.

Energy — NMN replenishes NAD+, the molecule on which the work of every cell depends. Protection — Trans-Resveratrol activates the sirtuins — the genes that repair DNA. Renewal — Spermidine triggers autophagy — the recycling of damaged cellular components.

Buying three separate supplements would cost 8,000–15,000 ₽ a month. Longevity Code combines everything into two capsules — with savings of up to 70%.

2. Why cells age — and what to do about it

Aging is not an abstract process. It is a set of concrete breakdowns at the cellular level that accumulate year after year.

The first problem is an energy deficit. With age, the level of NAD+ — a key coenzyme involved in more than 500 metabolic reactions — falls by 50% by the age of 50 [2]. Cells literally lose their fuel. The result is fatigue, decline in cognitive function and slower regeneration.

The second problem is DNA damage without repair. Every day your DNA sustains tens of thousands of hits from oxidative stress, ultraviolet light and toxins. In youth, the sirtuins — a family of "repair" proteins — efficiently address this damage. But for the sirtuins to work, two conditions are needed: a sufficient level of NAD+ and activation through mediator molecules such as resveratrol [3].

The third problem is cellular debris. Damaged mitochondria, misfolded proteins, membrane fragments — all of this accumulates inside cells. In youth, autophagy — the cellular recycling system — clears this debris away. With age, autophagy slows down. Accumulated debris blocks the cell's normal work and drives chronic inflammation [4].

Longevity Code acts on all three levels at once. It is not an "antioxidant," not a "vitamin" and not an "energy drink." It is a systemic approach to cellular maintenance.

3. NMN — fuel for the cellular engine

Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) is the direct precursor of NAD+, the single most important coenzyme in your body. NAD+ is essential for energy production in the mitochondria, DNA repair, regulation of circadian rhythms and activation of the sirtuins [2].

With age, the level of NAD+ steadily declines. By 50 it is roughly half that of a 20-year-old. By 80 it is less than 20%. NMN is the most effective way to replenish this deficit: it is absorbed in the gut and within minutes is converted into NAD+ in the tissues [5].

The 500 mg dose in Longevity Code matches the optimal range confirmed in a multicenter clinical study (GeroScience, 2022): doses of 300–900 mg/day reliably raised blood NAD+ levels [6].

4. Trans-Resveratrol — activator of the longevity genes

Resveratrol is a polyphenol found in the skin of red grapes, in red wine, peanuts and berries. But not all resveratrol is the same. Two forms exist: cis- and trans-. Only trans-resveratrol is biologically active and able to activate SIRT1 — the chief of the seven human sirtuins [3].

The sirtuins are a family of proteins that David Sinclair calls "the guardians of the genome." They deacetylate histones, repair DNA damage, suppress inflammation through NF-κB and regulate metabolism through PGC-1α. To work, they need two conditions: a sufficient level of NAD+ (provided by NMN) and an activator (provided by resveratrol) [7].

A randomized clinical study (2023, 48 healthy adults, aged 55–65) confirmed that resveratrol raises circulating SIRT1 levels, improves vascular reactivity and lowers noradrenaline — a marker of chronic stress [8].

This is exactly why NMN and resveratrol work better together: NMN gives cells the "fuel" (NAD+), and resveratrol switches on the "engine" (the sirtuins) that uses that fuel for repair.

5. Spermidine — a deep clean inside the cell

Spermidine is a natural polyamine found in wheat germ, soybeans, aged cheese and mushrooms. Its key function is to trigger autophagy — the "cellular cleaning" process in which the cell breaks down and recycles damaged components [4].

Autophagy is not an abstract concept. The 2016 Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded to Yoshinori Ohsumi precisely for discovering the mechanisms of autophagy. The decline of autophagy with age is directly linked to the buildup of "cellular debris" — aggregated proteins, defective mitochondria — and to the development of neurodegenerative conditions, heart failure and chronic inflammation [9].

An epidemiological study of a cohort of 829 people (Eisenberg et al., Nature Medicine, 2016) showed that participants with a high dietary intake of spermidine had a significantly lower risk of cardiovascular mortality and a longer lifespan [10].

A 2018 clinical study (30 older adults with cognitive impairment) demonstrated that spermidine intake improved memory over 3 months [11].

At Aarhus University Hospital (Denmark), the largest randomized, double-blind study is currently underway: 187 patients with coronary artery disease are receiving spermidine over 48 weeks. Results are expected in 2026 [12].

6. Synergy: why three components work better than any one alone

This is not a marketing claim but a biochemical reality.

NMN + Resveratrol → enhanced sirtuin activation. Resveratrol activates the SIRT1 enzyme, but SIRT1 requires NAD+ as a cofactor to work. Without enough NAD+, resveratrol cannot reach its potential. NMN supplies that NAD+. Together they create a closed loop of activation [3, 7].

Sirtuins + Autophagy → double quality control. The sirtuins (activated by resveratrol) repair damaged DNA. Spermidine (through autophagy) clears away damaged proteins and organelles. These are two parallel quality-control circuits — "repair" and "recycling" — running at the same time [4, 9].

NAD+ + Autophagy → energy for the cleanup. The process of autophagy is itself energy-intensive. The cell needs energy to break down and recycle its "debris." NAD+ (from NMN) supplies the mitochondria with the energy for this process [2].

Three components, three mechanisms, one capsule. That is the essence of Longevity Code.

8. Composition and formula

ComponentPer serving (2 caps.)Role
β-nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN)500 mgPrecursor of NAD+ — cellular energy
Trans-resveratrol300 mgSIRT1 activator — DNA repair
Spermidine (wheat-germ extract)3 mgAutophagy inducer — cellular renewal

Capsules: vegetarian HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Gelatin-free, suitable for vegans.

What is NOT in the formula: sugar, gluten, lactose, artificial colorings, preservatives, GMO.

Why these particular dosages?

NMN 500 mg — the optimal daily dose according to a multicenter clinical study [6]. Any lower is not enough for a reliable rise in NAD+. Any higher adds no further effect.

Trans-Resveratrol 300 mg — the dose at which SIRT1 is activated and a clinical effect on the vessels and metabolism is observed [8]. Specifically the trans- form, not a cheap cis/trans mix.

Spermidine 3 mg — the dose that matches the protocols used in clinical studies of cognitive and cardiovascular health [11, 12].
